Pickup and Drop off from Doha Hotels. · For Doha Cruise Terminal pickup, meet at the Terminal 2 taxi stand. Keep your mobile on; your guide will contact you before pickup. · The duration of the tour includes both pick up and drop off timings as well. · Pick up will be within 0 - 40 minutes of your booked time. If there are any changes, you will be notified by WhatsApp or email. · The duration of Qatar Desert Safari tour will be between 4 and 5 hours depending on your selected option and traffic. · This tour is not allowed for pregnant women and infants (under age 3). · It is recommended that you shouldn’t eat 2-3 hours before the Qatar safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing session. · Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended during the summer season, along with a jacket in the winter. Sports shoes are recommended for safe sand boarding experience. · It is not recommended to carry expensive items. Your belongings are your own responsibility and OceanAir is not responsible for any lost belongings during the trip. We will, of course, do our best to help you out if an item is lost. · We assure you that all our desert Safari Captains are well trained and licensed as safari drives. The entire fleet of 4x4 vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with the needed safety facilities such as Roll Bars, Seat Belts, Government Tracker, GPS, GMS, First Aid Box, etc. · Tour duration is fixed for all tours/activities, but it may vary depending on the city traffic. · This tour is not wheelchair accessible, but if anyone in your group has any physical disabilities, please get in touch and we can customize you a private trip. · OceanAir Travels accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the activities and/or in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any activities.
