Pickup is usually within the 45 minutes before your selected slot, depending on your location. Drop-off depends on the specific tour and traffic on the day — exact times are confirmed with your booking.
Pickups are in a 4×4 SUV. A safari vehicle seats up to 6 guests plus the guide — safaris are shared, so others may join up to that capacity. Larger groups may be split across vehicles (we’ll always check with you first).
Typically dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, a Bedouin camp visit and a BBQ dinner, plus cultural performances such as belly dancing and tanoura shows. Check the individual safari page for exact inclusions.
Browse the tours, experiences and tickets on our site, pick the one you want, check availability for your date, and complete the booking through our secure online checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email with your booking and payment details right after.
Standard tours: cancel at least 24 hours before the tour date for a full refund. Private and customised tours: cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund. No refunds are given for no-shows or late cancellations. The exact terms for your tour are shown during booking.
Payments are handled by Stripe — one of the world’s most secure payment gateways — supporting credit/debit cards and other online methods. Once payment goes through you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
