- The 4-wheel drive vehicles are equipped with necessary safety features · The tour duration includes pickup and drop-off · Quad biking is a self-driving activity taken at your own risk and the activity provider’s insurance does not cover · Any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider and passenger · International travel insurance is recommended as self-driving activities are prone to risk, possibly leading to serious injury · Avoid food 2-3 hours before the safari to prevent sickness during dune bashing · Pickup timing may change due to summer heat; advance notification will be sent · Stargazing & Fire show is available only in the evening slots · Wear long clothes and jackets during winter · Individuals with back problems, disabilities, or those aged 60 and above are advised against riding camels · The maximum weight limit for guests participating in the horse riding activity is 200 lbs (90 kg). · By participating, you acknowledge and accept that some activities involve inherent risks and unforeseen incidents, and adequate travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and financial protection. · Helmets & safety gear are highly recommended where applicable, and participation is entirely at your own risk, the company will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, loss, or death from these activities · Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities:: Sand boarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years · Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals):: Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years), Falcon, Horse Riding · Child Policy for Quad Bike Ride: Kids aged 5 to 10 will have their own special area just for riding, but we don't really recommend it., Kids aged 11 to 13 can ride as passengers within their boundary, but we don’t really recommend it., Only kids 14 and older can go on the quad bike tour in the open desert.
