Quad biking is a self-driving activity taken at your own risk and the activity provider’s insurance does not cover it. Any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider and passenger. International travel insurance is recommended as self-driving activities are prone to risk, possibly leading to serious injury. · All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour. · An adult must accompany participants ages 10-15 on the ATV; ages 16-55 can ride single ATVs. · The tour duration includes hotel transfers. · Pickup timing may change due to summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. Advance notification will be sent. · Loose clothing is advised in summer; jackets in winter. · Individuals with back problems, disabilities, or those aged 60 and above are advised against riding camels. · By participating, you acknowledge and accept that some activities involve inherent risks and unforeseen incidents, and adequate travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and financial protection. · Helmets & safety gear are highly recommended where applicable, and participation is entirely at your own risk, the company will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, loss, or death from these activities · Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities:: Sand boarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years · Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals):: Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years), Falcon, Horse Riding
